We hope you enjoy our beautiful Glen. Please follow the Country Code: keep dogs under control near livestock and deer, if you open gates, close them after you, do not drop litter or disturb land management operations. Remember to be well equipped when out walking, the weather can change rapidly in the Scottish hills. Information on Grouse and Deer Seasons is printed on the 'Walks' leaflet. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact the keeper on the local estate where you are planning your walk. The employment of local people depends on the Deer remaining undisturbed at certain times of year. Your co-operation at these times is very much appreciated.
Stag stalking takes place on Dunalastair Estate from about 21st Sept to 20th October - Keeper's number 01882 632 479 (Mark)
Every effort has been made to check the accuracy of this leaflet at the time of printing (Mar 2010) but inevitably some of the information will have changed subsequently.
